Meet Shah Atiqur Rahman, Software Engineering Manager, Listing Intelligence. We talked to him about his function in leading our Listing Intelligence (Search) team and the methods which he makes a difference at Realtor.com. Here's what he stated: Q. Tell us about your team. A. We own nine backend search services that are core to the business's success. Among the most important is the Search API, which powers results on the Search results page page. Our tech stack includes Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Elasticsearch, GraphQL, Docker, EKS and AWS artifacts. We also work carefully with the Artificial intelligence group to bring AI-driven functions to the consumer experience, such as search significance enhancements and AI-powered search. We're a collaborative, friendly team that focuses on strong onboarding and continuous support. New group members are guided through the ramp-up procedure up until they're positive taking full ownership of their work. Each employee is practical to other staff member when facing difficulties. We value a culture where wins are well known honestly, and obstacles are owned together. We likewise make time for team-building, whether it's virtual hangouts or in-person get-togethers, to keep friendship strong. Q. What's your biggest achievement so far at Realtor.com? A. I'm most happy of the expert growth I have actually attained because signing up with Realtor.com as a Software Application Engineer over 7.5 years ago.
